"I guess third time's a charm!"
Choi Dongwook, the single son of a single mother was a rough way to grow up. It would have been easier if perhaps they had money to spend, but they were always pressed for cash, and they simply survived more then they really lived. His mother was always there for him though, had his back at the toughest of times, and even when he struggled in school, (which is beyond common for him still to this day) she always told to keep trying. She was his rock through out school, and she surely would have continued to be so had she not passed away in an accident on her way home from work.
It was that moment that Dongwook's life changed drastically. Moving in with his aunt and uncle provided him with a bit more income, and the ability to attend a high school that he could truly thrive in. Attending a school where sports were the focus led him to finding that he was naturally very athletic. His focus was simple, what sport that isn't soccer has a decent fan base and an impressive aspect to it? Basketball it was, because his first time stepping in the boxing ring lead to him nearly face down on the mat. He was incredibly good at basketball though, and the cardio and footwork from playing ended up helping him navigate the boxing ring as well. Quickly rising up to the varsity squad had a lot of perks though, and the biggest perk? Female attention quite obviously. Growing up he was never popular, never really talked to girls, but suddenly in high school post puberty there were girls all around. He found that talking to them was a lot easier then he really expected once he started realizing that he could speak to them as regular people. It was simple really they either thought his attitude and stupidity was charming...Or they thought his looks could make up for his dumb mouth. It was also through girls that he found his weakness. No matter how dedicated to his sport he was, girls were always able to drag him away from his business. Perhaps it was a sort of missing his mother issue he couldn't be sure, but he knew it would be trouble right away.
Lucky enough for him he managed to do something his mom was never able, and something surely neither of them expected him to be able to do. He was able to get into Yonsei on a scholarship for basketball. Being a large part of the success of your basketball team's run to the championships two years straight had it's perks after all. His first year of college was...Rough to say the least. The sport of basketball came natural to him, but Se7en was a guy who needed to be active constantly. Remembering his mother's hustle to provide left him in a dizzy daze of depression when he took the least amount of hours of school as he was allowed and thus had way too much free time.
It was half a year into his freshman year that he found two things: Dance, and Delta Tau Delta. He'd always been good at dancing, he never focused on it sure, but it was a gift he made great use of. Anything that allowed him to show off was always important really, as he was a very showy individual. Learning the art though? That was something he'd only become passionate about when a member of the dance club had saved him from his depressive slightly drug-filled spiral. Now finding the Delta Tau Delta house didn't make any of his struggles with partying better, but he pledged because he absolutely loved the brotherhood...And I mean come on the PARTIES. Since becoming a brother he found the family he no longer had in a sense, and has clung closely to them ever sense. He would do anything for them, and his love for the house paid off when he found himself president of the house. It was a duty he took on with a bit of nervousness truthfully. He didn't really think he was president material, with a focus on girls and being a lazy alcoholic frat boy after all but he'd managed to not muck up being a defacto vice-president last year too bad. This year was it for him. He'd done well in basketball, his name was out there for a career in the sport. He had a future, and he just wanted to do his mother proud....Well as proud as one could be of this stupid slacker.
Personality
Se7en is highly motivated, a wonderful upstanding student and the head of his class....Who am I kidding? Se7en is an absolute joker. He's lazy to the extreme outside of what he calls "work." He's often making pledges get simple stupid stuff for him like the remote just out of reach or open his beer cans. The only thing he really gets pumped for is: drinking, partying, sports, dancing and women. He's very easy going, and if you can humor dumb conversations and euphemisms he's also easy to talk to. He speaks to girls pretty much the same as he does to guys, except perhaps with a bit more um...It's hard to call it 'charm'. He's a crazy 'flirt', but he doesn't deny that as he's pretty sure most girls assume that he only wants to be their friend so he can sleep with them, which is entirely false. (Okay maybe half true......Okay two-thirds true whatever so sue me.) He doesn't like to get on the subject of family though. It's a sore spot for him, and one he simply hasn't come to terms with yet at all.
More often than not you can find him dancing when he's not doing anything frat related, girl related, or being lazy related. Basketball takes up a major part of his life obviously, a sport he just had a knack for and decided to pick over focusing on Boxing. Luckily the combat of boxing has made him considerably less aggressive outside the ring and is part of why he doesn't like to fight. He enjoys having fun, he is easy to get along with if you don't mind stupid conversation, and he's mostly here to be a good president and more importantly a good bro.
